Shipping policy
T50Fitness ships apparel, hats, and accessories with care to ensure every order arrives safely. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons, holidays, promotions, or special releases, processing may take a little longer.
Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and selected delivery method. International orders may take 10 to 25 business days due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or destination country regulations.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. T50Fitness is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details may be sent by email when available. Delivery delays can occur because of weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by T50Fitness.
